Here is a quick core workout for you to do! All you need is a mid-range dumbbell I used a 10 lbs weight in the video below! The dumbbell shouldn't be light nor should it be heavy! Now complete each exercise before moving into the next.
Circuit Core & Strength Workout!
One Arm Plank Row: 2-3 Sets of 10 Reps, mid range weight
Mountiain Climbers: 1 set of 50 reps of mountain climbers
Pushups: 1 set of 10-20 reps of pushups
REST: 30sec-1 min, REPEAT: Total completions of 3-4 circuits
